We are building an automatic-first company
We are building an automation-native company, because we believe a fully automated, exceptional customer experience is not only possible, it is better than the one customers get today.
Every customer who reaches out is making a quiet decision about whether to stay. When the answer comes fast, they barely think about it. When it doesn't, they remember the wait, and they start looking at alternatives. In regulated industries the wait is usually worst, because the systems that could help are locked behind identity checks, audit rules, and data-residency limits that most tools were never built to respect.
AWX has resolved over 60% of customer interactions without a human touching them, no custom model retraining required.
Every other page exists for when you want to go deeper, not when you need to.
If you have to click past the first screen to know what your CX needs, we have failed in doing our job.
Most software measures success by how long you stay in it. We measure it by how fast you can leave.
Because it does what a staffed contact centre structurally cannot. Answer at 3am.
Speak twenty languages at once. Give the hundredth caller of the day the same patience as the first. Those are not failures of effort or training, they are the shape of the model.
The usual argument for automation is cost. That is the least interesting thing about it. We are not trying to deliver human support more cheaply.
We are building the version customers would have chosen if anyone had offered it.

The constraint we had to solve
Regulation. Identity has to be verified before anything sensitive moves, every action has to survive an audit, and customer data often cannot leave the country.
Most AI tools treat those as enterprise add-ons, which is why the industries carrying the heaviest support burden have been the slowest to get any relief from it.
We treated them as engineering requirements and built for them from the first line of code. That is why we can automate work our competitors have to hand to a person.
